Sativa Botanicals regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers.  The following privacy policy applies to all Sativa Botanicals users and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.  We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Third Party websites linked to from the Planning Portal are not covered by our Privacy Policy.  We recommend you review the privacy policies of such websites before continuing to use these.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  We will attempt to send your goods via NZ post within the selected delivery time.

Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@sativabotanicals.co.nz within 5 days of purchase.

 

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.  All the goods must be returned in their original condition.  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.  We recommend that you return the product via registered post.

 

You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  Sativa Botanicals will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
